Payments are processed through Square, a safe, secure and trusted payment processor.

PB Dog Training and Behaviour Consulting (Pawsitive Behaviour) accepts major credit cards.

Payment requests are sent via secure email or text links.

Payment for introductory lessons and inital behaviour consults are due in full 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.

Payment for lesson packages is due in full when you schedule your first lesson in the package unless otherwise arranged.

Your credit card or payment information is not stored.

We are the sole owners of information collected on this site. Your information will not be sold or provided to a 3rd party.

We will use the information you provide us to contact you regarding your original request and unless asked not to, we may contact you regarding promotions, services or changes to this policy.

Cancellation Policy

24 hours notice is required for all rebooking requests or the session is forfeit.

A maximum of 2 rebooking requests is permitted after which the session is forfeit.

Refunds for a consultation or lesson package are subject to a $20.00 cancellation fee.

If payment is not received 24 hours after receiving your payment link, the scheduled appointment time will no longer be available to you.
Other Policies

PB Dog Training and Behaviour Consulting (Pawsitive Behaviour) has the right to terminate the client - trainer relationship at any time.

PB Dog Training and Behaviour Consulting (Pawsitive Behaviour) will not provide training and consulting services to support the continued use of equipment like prong collars, choke chains and shock collars.

The "client" has the right to ask questions, seek clarity, participate in training their dog and request changes to the training protocol if their goals change.
